Calcium Can Help Fight Cancer
We all know calcium is good fro strong bones. In recent studies calcium has been shown to lower cancers of the digestive system. The Institute of Medicine recommends 1200 milligrams per day if you're over the age of 50. You can get calcium from the typical dairy products like cheese and milk, but also from kale, broccoli and orange juice.

If you're a parent you most certainly had one of those days when your child throws a fit in the grocery store. They don't stop repeating themselves so that they get what they want. The bribe gets immediate results, but for the long term? There will be consequences. If giving in to this behavior continues it will be come a power struggle down the road. Parents need to be consistent with their consequences. If parents continue to give into negative behavior, they will get more of it. On the other side, when children are behaving in a good way make sure you let them know that you appreciate this good behavior, that it is much more fun to be with them.
