Be Cautious of Guacamole and Salsa When Eating Out
I recently read an article about eating out in places that serve salsa and guacamole and that you need to cautious about eating them. These two foods are both uncooked and therefore have no heat to wipe out bad bacteria. They can carry the same risk as being at home and not washing your hands or if your refrigerator isn't working properly. Also at times these foods could be made in very large batches where contamination ca affect many. Be sure and check with the place you are eating at about these foods and how long ago they were made and how long they have been sitting out you want to avoid getting food poisoning.Don't Become Discouraged by the Gym
In the beginning of your exercise plan it can be easy to get discouraged. All you need is the right approach to keep you on track so here are a few things to think about:Find a gym that fits with what you're looking for. Most cities have several gyms, so shop around until you find that you get a feel for one. It's a good idea to find a gym that is nearby your work and home so it's not too much effort to get to. Find a gym that isn't too expensive so that the price tag doesn't keep from you going on a regular basis. Many gyms offer discount packages or guest passes, take advantage. Take classes or use equipment that you like, this will keep you motivated. Set up a rewards system for yourself and you can train yourself to look forward to exercising since you will have set up a treat for yourself by accomplishing the goal you set for yourself. Going to the gym with a friend or family member can really help keep you motivated, you will be getting support in going to the gym. Most of all be easy on yourself and enjoy going for a workout.

Eating Healthy on the Road
It can be easy to just get some snack foods at the 7-eleven or the gas station when you're road tripping, but you don't want to get into that habit. If you must stop at a gas station look for refrigerated things with an expiration date. Nowadays fast food places have salads and sandwiches, if you must have the burger try the kid's meal. You can stop at a greasy spoon diner that usually serves breakfast all day or very late in the afternoon and should have healthy options like oatmeal, or a veggie omelette. You are sure to find a mexican restaurant which usually has many healthy options and have some guacamole to get some healthy fats. if you can find a deli or a subway you will be able to build your own sandwich. Another great idea is to bring as much of your own food as you can. pack a cooler with things that need to stay cold and bring snacks like nuts and dried fruit. You can save some money this way as well having your own stash and won't be left with nothing if you are driving late at night and there is no place to stop to eat.Eating More Vegetables Decreases Wrinkles
As if we really need more reasons to eat vegetables, a new study from japan studied over 700 Japanese women. They measured surface lipids, hydration, elasticity and vegetable intake. Even with controlling other variables like smoking, sun exposure and age they found some interesting things. The higher dietary fat intake of saturated and mono saturated was associated with improved skin elasticity. There was a decrease in skin wrinkles around the eyes with women who had higher intakes of green and yellow vegetables. Adjusting the intake of green and yellow vegetables, higher levels of saturated fat were associated with worse skin wrinkling. However, even with these results further studies with more accurate measurements methods are needed to see the role of daily diet in the aging of the skin.Traveling Abroad With Your Kids
