The GSR2 puts the ability to relax into your
hands, literally. Biofeedback training is rapid and successful
powerful because the electronics enhance our ability to learn

measures your body's sweat gland responses and then makes
these available to you through a computer monitor. Once you
know what your physical reactions are, you can change your
body's responses. The GSR2 measures increases and decreases
in the autonomic nervous system by measuring subtle changes
in the moisture on the palm of your hand. This is the well-known
Galvanic Skin Response.
The GSR senses your emotional reactions. You
rest two fingers on the sensing plates, it turns itself on
automatically and sends the signal to your computer screen.
You are then able to track your relaxation response and train
your self to relax better.
By learning to relax your body
well, you can improve your reactions to stress. The GSR
is a standard tool of biofeedback therapists.

CalmLink is specifically designed to run with all existing GSR2 and GSR/Temp2X systems. CalmLink works in Windows 98/98SE; ME; 200 and XP. A Pentium 1 or higher computer and SoundBlaster compatible sound card required. This unit comes with headphones. Please note: they are micro plugs and standard earphones will only work with an adapter.
